The Grand Ballroom is one of Malaysia's largest hotel banquet halls and is a famous venue for receptions, seminars and conventions, catering for up to 1,800 persons. For more intimate gatherings, there are also 11 smaller function rooms. In addition, the hotel's business centre has a conference room for 16 persons, 3 executive meeting rooms, 5 Internet booths and 2 workstations, all equipped with broadband Internet access.
